Rhonda began her nursing career in 1986. She began working as a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner in 2009 and went on to further her education, graduating as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in 2015.
Rhonda enjoys caring for mental illness in older adults. She specializes in treating dementia and is passionate about finding medication solutions to keep individuals with dementia at home longer. With Rhonda’s dual emphasis in both geriatric and psychiatric care, she has the unique skillset to treat mental illness in the context of an individual’s complete diagnosis and medication list.
Rhonda is dedicated to spending time with her patients to ensure each person receives the quality of care they deserve.
Rhonda specializes in working with adults over the age of 65.

Crystal Haase joined Norfolk Behavioral Health as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Frontier Nursing University with honors, with a specialty in psychiatry. She provides care to children, adults, and geriatric populations with mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, addiction, and psychosis. She has an extensive psychiatric background, working inpatient for 10 years with adult and geriatric populations. Crystal is passionate about screening, prevention, medication management, addiction recovery, and your physical, psychological, and social well-being, while providing compassionate patient care.
Tonya Voecks
APRN, MSN, PMHNP-BC,
Certificate Maternal Mental Health, Fellowship Integrative and Functional Psychiatry
With over twenty years in nursing, Tonya started working as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in 2015. As a nurse practitioner, Tonya’s priority is always her patient’s well being. She takes the time to listen to and educate each of her patients to ensure a successful treatment plan.
Tonya is passionate about working with women going through hormonal changes including pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. She is also skilled at working with adolescents and adults living with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, and more.
Tonya takes a holistic approach to treating mental health including psychiatric medication, supplements, therapy, body movement recommendations, eating recommendations, and personal care.
Tonya specializes in working with 15-65 year olds.
